We are a newish group, established in September 2024. We are a friendly bunch who want to share our favourite books with others and to expand our literary horizons by reading a range of genres. Our members takes turns to recommend books to discuss, and we rate them at the end of the meeting. The ratings are averages of all our opinions but our scores have been known to range from 1 to 9.5, showing that we all have different tastes!
It's all very relaxed so please don't worry if you don't manage to finish the book in time for the next meeting. You can talk about what you did read or just listen and enjoy the coffee and biscuits!
