The Poetry Writing Group aims to give members the opportunity to release their creative impulses by expressing themselves in verse.
Members take it in turns to 'facilitate' meetings (for example choosing a topic for 'homework' and leading the discussion at the next meeting).
There will be a mix of theory (styles, forms...) and practice but the emphasis is on enjoyment with members discussing each other's writing in a friendly environment.
