We started as a self-taught group in 2015. We meet weekly and our songs vary from easy to more challenging - good for our brains! We do some performances, e.g. in a care home, at small charity events and for u3a groups. This is not our primary purpose, though, which is to enjoy making music together while improving our playing skills and techniques. We meet on Tuesday afternoons from 4 (for a 4.15 start) - 5.30 in the hall at St. Mary's Church, 1, Sherwood Ave., Marshalswick. (The opposite end of the Quadrant to M&S Food). We pay about £15 each for hall hire roughly twice a term.
