We meet every Thursday morning from 10 til 11 in the small hall at St Paul's Church, Blandford Road.
It is great fun - this is how Jenny, our Zumba teacher describes the class:
"Zumba Gold, which is what we do, unlike ordinary Zumba, is low-impact, lower intensity; so there is no jumping. However, that is not to say we won't be getting a good all round workout on all the major muscle groups, or strutting our stuff to some of the great Latin tracks Zumba is famous for. Move at your own pace through fun, easy to follow routines that cover a variety of different dance fitness styles from belly dancing to tango"
